Mister M
I always buy men's razors not because they are cheaper, they are better I always buy women's moisturiser for my face after shaving as it's cheaper. Its the same product - even though they're advertised very differently. I do think that gender specific products are more expensive - men's moisturiser and women's razors for instance
Guest
Isn't it basicaly just marketing that separates men's and women's razors?
Orzel
And pink colour. And some packaging. Other than that its same. I thought everyone knew that. There are more of those schemes you know. They fool you with packaging and advertising so you pay more.
hotrock
I solved the issue years ago, i bought wife and daughter the mach 3 power razors and used model aircraft paint to paint the handles, 1 pink and 1 purple, mine was left normal, job done. herbalharry
I find that men's are actually better for sensitive skin because men more likely use them on their face, which is prone to ingrown hairs and such. So, they are quite good at including the moisturising bits on the men ones too. What about the bits, u know, downstairs?
Quik
What about the bits, u know, downstairs? A lighter works. And doesn't hurt. Smells a bit mind but keeps unwanted body hair to a min.

Orzel
Gillette profit margin covers overheads, advertising, R&D, piles of cash for CEO to roll onto. To get real profit just look up how much they really made compared to turnover. They sure are wasteful as any organization of this size, still better than SCC. Isabelle
Me and my OH use the same model of razor, we did buy a big pack of men's ones and share them. But it got confusing remembering whose was whose, and he doesn't want to shave his head with the one I've shaved my legs with So I bought a pack of each, only because they were the same price. I wouldn't have spent more money on them just to get a different colour. I used to buy women specific shaving gel, but it is expensive, and I've found that a bar of soap does the trick much better, and it lasts ages.
