Stoned
A car down my road has blacked out rear lights and i mean really blacked out, like they are painted. They aren't painted though, the owner has put women's stockings over them to make them look darker I suppose he liked the smoked lights looks but is on a tight budget lol. Anyway, it stops his rear reflectors from working so I'm guessing they are illegal as well as being stupid.

sgtkate
The driver will when a 40T artic hits him from behind 'cos his rear lights weren't bright enough.. Is it better or worse than having fog lights on when it's not foggy?

From all those millions of traffic cops just sat around waiting for someone to go past with covered reflectors? I think not sadly.
