Shame that the organizers of this event spoilt my daughters friend's birthday party by turning up before the begining of their booking and refusing to leave despite numerous requests both by people present and also by the building manager over the phone. There was one man who did go outside but there was also a woman with him who stood at the bottom of some stairs between the kitchen area and the toilet which girls were using. As she left the door which she was stood next to open and wouldnt let anyone close it general safety and child protection meant that the girls could then not use this toilet!
