True. But I can question why I was notified by a text informing me it was fixed (which is accurate), to then be informed it cannot be fixed due to water damage, claiming it's dead, which is inaccurate as the phone is working, it's as if it's been repaired?? They're the experts who reassured me nothing could be done. I signed their report believing this to be the case. Why wouldn't I?
