jemson
It was quite busy around town last night. Bath was buzzing. Even Hop was busy. And Anchorage all but sold out of tap beer at once point. Was there a few on the hump day crawl then? (Couldn`t get out last night.) The Tiny Rebel beers on form? SteelCityAle
I didn't help as much as I'd have liked - had a half, then had chocolate icecream and bourbon skyline, went back for more yellowbelly and it was gone I like Buxton and what they do, but was surprised to hear collaborations have to be cleared by their sales guy - shouldn't the brewer be in charge of what they brew?? Lurgh Mor
You would then have a production based sales model rather than a market based sales model. "I have this beer. Do you want it?" "No" Production model. "What type of beer sells well in your pub?" Owner gives his/her answer. "Great! We can brew that for you!" "Great. I'll have some!" Market Model Not everywhere wants a different brew every week. I know that's simplistic but more often than not it is the brewer who decides as they are probably the "sales guy" too. Before progressing on to additional venues.
