I have no idea what our trade deal will look like.

Really, is that the best you can do? We'll exit and make absolutely no predictions about what the large-scale consequences will be? So, for example - currently we have a hand (commensurate to our size) in the process of deciding what trading in the majority of Europe - the largest trading bloc in the world - would be like; and you're happy for us to say, "yes, you guys all decide what's best for you amongst yourselves, based on what's best for your 12 trillion euro GDP; meanwhile we'll do our own thing and then we'll meet up with you and we'll decide how to match our 2.5 trillion Euro stake with yours and see who backs down. And then at the end of it, you'll pat yourself on the back and congratulate ourselves that we are no longer ruled by Brussels."

We are not Norway.

No, we don't have the oil that they do in order to be comparatively self-reliant.

What on earth are you jabbering on about?

So you haven't thought about those kind of things before deciding which way you should vote.

Oh great :suspect:

This is why (hopefully) your mother or father told you not to stand too close to the edge of cliffs.

Suddenly this comment makes complete sense...

You haven't thought this through at all beyond "immigrants - bad", have you?

I have thought about the consequences of leaving the EU but I can't think about your jabberings because I have no idea what you are saying, it just looks like a collection of words with no real meaning.

What kind of things?

Loss of jobs.

Loss of skilled jobs.

Loss of job opportunities in the UK.

Loss of hundreds of thousands of job opportunities in Europe.

Removal of international business to the continent.

Loss of inward investment.

Loss of business to UK companies in Europe.

Loss of confidence in the UK financial sector.

Loss of our most able people.

Devaluation of the Pound.

Erosion in the value of savings.

Erosion of our human rights.

Curbing our freedom of movement.

Inflation.

Reduction in pay.

Reduction in benefits.

How we control our land and sea border.

Following and not being involved in European policy making.

Loss of jobs, jobs are always being lost and new ones are created.

Loss of skilled jobs skills that require immigration so it won't matter.

Job opportunities in the UK will improve because there will be less competition for them.

Loss of hundreds of thousands of job opportunities in Europe, that's their problem.

Removal of international business to the continent, new business will fill the void they leave behind.

Loss of inward investment, companies will be fighting to invest in the UK market.

Loss of business to UK companies in Europe, if they are in Europe it won't affect us.

Loss of confidence in the UK financial sector, that won't happen.

Loss of our most able people, we already suffer a brain drain.

Devaluation of the Pound, good for exports.

Erosion in the value of savings, my saving will won't lose value.

Erosion of our human rights, that's a good thing.

Curbing our freedom of movement better for security.

Inflation, what about it?

Reduction in pay, immigration causes pay restraints, less immigration will cause pay to rise.

Reduction in benefits, not a bad thing.

How we control our land and sea border, better than we do now.
