El Cid
I have contacted my local council, about abandoned cars, litter ect for many years. I have various departments email addresses, but these days they dont use them for the public. Neither do some other organisations, such as the police. With crimes that happened in the 60/70/80 now being prosecuted, perhaps there would be a record of those crimes, if people used email? Are these organisations deliberately not using email, for what reason?

sutty27
Do you ring them, or email? I have used both methods but found both to be pointless.

I still email, using my old contact details, but they no longer give these email addresses out. I always find the council helpful ---------- Post added 18-03-2016 at 13:06 ---------- They're probably sick to the back teeth of your complaining Elsie. Hence the reason they ignore you. I have found an email address which I believe is the chief constable of West Yorkshire Police Dee.Collins@westyorkshire.pnn.police.uk I got an out of office reply, so I sent it to her colleague, she must be really busy.
