Geezer Posted March 23, 2004 Share Posted March 23, 2004 To be honest I thought the programme was crap!!!!!!! They ignored all the interesting archaeology, I mean what about the castle FFS! Very disappointing, I stayed out of the pub to watch it too! Does anyone know how far ARCUS have delved into the castle after the demolition of the markets? Geezer Posted March 23, 2004 Share Posted March 23, 2004 It was also suggested that there is hardly any evidence regarding the flood, which was highlighted as a point on the show, which IMHO is b****x there is a lot of buildings/evidence of the flood around and none of it was shown. They didn't talk about anywhere else. As the programme was concentrating on Arcus looking at evidence of Sheffield's industry, why would they look at the castle?
