hillsbro Posted March 30, 2016 Share Posted March 30, 2016 Hi kizzy - the index just gives names of the bride and groom without birth dates or ages, though if you obtain the marriage certificate, this will give the name of both Tom's father and Susan's father. As Thomas was 22 at the time of the 1901 census - here is an edited image - he would have been born in 1878-79. So he may well be the Thomas Collins who turns up in the 1881 census at 1.ct.3 Douglas Road, the son of Thomas and Emma Collins - see here.
