Eleven million tax avoiding documents..

Recommended Posts

you having a giraffe again ron these parasites live off the rest of us taxpaying workers. I care not what anyone in this country earns as long as they don't pay less tax than their cleaner. you toytown tories think your up there with them yet when it boils down to it they care nothing about you :loopy: take them blinkers off mate :D

Just read this properly - what is a toytown tory? Someone who doesn't believe in a huge state and destroying the economy by overtaxing people?

Or do you think the Tories only represent the mega rich? In which case you are very very wrong.

Unfortunately, the more you earn, the more you are supposed to pay in tax. Avoiding this, legally or not, is exactly the same as someone living off the state and contributing nothing.

How much does a cleaner earn in comparison to someone who earns 1 million a year?

The cleaner is probably one of the millionaires employees that he refuses to pay a living wage to, therefore the state has to subsidise the cleaners income so he/she can afford a roof over their head!

It is soooooo not the same at all:

Scenario1

Woman earns £300,000 per year

pays £116368.50 Tax

£9271.30 NI

Decides to invest in a scheme that means she only earns in effect £250,000 per year

Pays £93868.50 Tax

Scenario 2

Man earns £ 15,000 per year

pays £878.00 in tax

pays £832.8 NI

How can you say they pay the same amount. It is total garbage.

Even with the tax avoidance technique, they are contributing to society much much more.

If you can't see this, which you can, then there is no hope for you.

Thought I was a toytown tory? Which one is it?

The cuts? - like cutting income tax for the least well off?

I'd like to see a situation where peoples tax returns were a matter of public record.

Get cracking then (perhaps on another thread!!!) State your name, address and salary. Lead by example, oh moral one.

You wouldn't like everyone knowing that
