Should The Death Penalty Be Brought Back?

Recommended Posts

Let's get the record straight here lady , if beyond all doubt they guilty they should hang full stop sorry if that upsets your higher morality !

So you propose to have 2 types of guilty at trial?

1. The usual beyond reasonable doubt -> prison.

2. A new beyond all doubt class of conviction -> hanging.

Do you really think that would work as a thing?

Theirs too many murders not just children but adults the softie softie treatment not working time to clamp down . Look at Rosemary West and Fred West case look how many they killed but were allowed to live out their lives in prison.

But if he hadn't killed himsen then he'd be in jail.

Let's go for that death penalty, it works in America - they have a far lower murder rate don't they? No they don't.

How about we invest more in mental health so we can at least treat those who might kill people before they do it.

But let's face it - if you're a serial killer or child murderer, you won't stop doing because you don't think you'll get caught.

He did and saved us the tax payer money shame the rest didn't follow.

Any idea how appeal after appeal after appeal costs the US tax payer?

I could not care less about what happens in the fair land know as the United States. Were to soft on murder look how much it costs in keeping killers in the lap of luxury Peter Sutcliffe must be laughing his head off no bills to pay nothing to worry about unlike his victims.

There is no such thing as guilty beyond all doubt. Maybe of the deed itself, but never of the motive.
