I mean a Yorkshire Fishcake or Fish Scallop due to variations in Yorkshire! If I'm not mistaken Rissoles contain savoury meat and mashed potato? sedith Posted April 10, 2016 Author Share Posted April 10, 2016 Right Fishcake - 2 nice slices of king Edward's, pieces of cod to put in between then dip in batter (plain flour, eggs, milk, salt) then deep fry in beef dripping. Rissoles - mashed potato, cooked white fish (cod, haddock) dried parsley, salt and pepper. mix all the above and shape then dip in egg and bread crumbs and deep fry in beef dripping. why would you want to freeze then reheat, its gonna taste like, er, poop I'm in Somerset!!!!
