crookedspire
Hi Crookedspire, Thought i'd send you these pics of Trade,s and Labour Workingmens Club, really enjoyed going round Hyde Park flats but Park Hill was better and looking where the old pubs were. No1 pic No2 pic is backside of the club. No3 pic of the New Inn pub you mentioned on Duke St and Bernard Rd. Never went in the New Inn or the Labour Club only the Link and the Parkway Tavern. The New Inn must have been shut at least four years now.

Was there ever a WMC within the Hyde Park flats complex (Maltravers Road end) or am I thinking wrong ?

I think it was just below High Pavement on the big block
St Petre
Thank you, it was the Park Gardeners club at Bernard Street and Cricket Inn Road, another social/drinking establishment no longer standing.
