I seem to remember as a child in the 50s that my parents went there for all and everything to do with rent, exchanges and repairs. In the late 1970s I occasionally did a stint on a rota basis at Bellhouse Road office on the rents counter. I think it was Fridays only. Also at Parson Cross.
