Obelix
Ooooh look the oil troll is following me haha. Diamond is the fan blowing all the time and the air changes temperature or is the fan speed changing? Have you changed the coolant recently? Obelix
I presume the car isn't overheating on the temperature gague (if such is fitted?) It sounds move like an electrical issue. If you try the fan at full speed does it blow all the time? Does it only come on and off at middle range speed settings?

Obelix
the fan does not blow all the time i would have to show you what i mean Unless you can video and post that then it's not going to be possible. does it blow OK on full speed? If it does then there is a problem with the fan resistor.
