Anxiety, our most common problem?

Recommended Posts

How do you know?

Because feeling sad is what happens to practically everybody when a sad thing happens. That's what's supposed to happen. It is clearly not "reactive depression" or any kind of clinical depression in the vast majority of cases. Clinical depression is by definition a matter of feeling sad, in one way or another, to excess.

Are you actually trying to confuse people about this?

We've concluded the definition of depression is chemical imbalances in the brain & faulty neurotransmitters.

Ask yourself what is happening in the brain when you feel sad for a period.

Right. That does it. I'm making a declaration of Troll. Do I hear a second?

What's your motivation on this forum?

Are you going to keep replying to my posts and talking nonsense or do I have to block you?

You've said that already.

I'm not the one who has to resort to making things up.

As above...
