Cyclone Posted June 1, 2016 Share Posted June 1, 2016 I've no idea how much contact you have had with people working in the mental health area, but from what I've seen they do very much treat their patients as individuals and follow an integrated approach. It's like they've actually studied these things on an ongoing professional basis for many years and regularly read and review the current best practice and literature... Shogun Posted June 2, 2016 Share Posted June 2, 2016 I suffer real bad with anxiety and stress related things...I think personally depression is a lot different to what I suffer,anxiety is horrible it manifests in some strange physical things in me like twitching shaking tight chest fast heart rate and sweating,sometimes I feel so bad I think I'm on my way out,the panic attacks are the worst things that happen all down to stress and worrying about things,modern way of life I suppose. Serious. Men in some age groups are 4 times more likely to commit suicide & men are more likely to be depressed & have suicidal thoughts. There is less help available for men too.
