Deal over Turkey joining the EU?

Recommended Posts

One MP! That's the same as Labour ended up with in Scotland. They had 41 at the start of 2015. Tells us that most people in Scotland are unhappy with Labour.

And that when the main parties annoy the electorate the electorate turns to smaller parties, a vote to stay in the EU should result in a UKIP government after the next elections if things pan out the same as they panned out in Scotland. ;)

Please explain why the British electorate will vote in a UKIP government after voting against UKIP's main policy.

Well they are but that doesn't make UKIP any more popular. When UKIP won the 2014 European elections they got 26.6% of the vote, hardly "most people". That almost halved a year later.

Yes, but up until 2010 the SNP got less votes in Scotland than the lib/dems and only a handful of seats. 5 years later they took 50% of the vote and won all bar 2 of the seats at the general election. It is very dangerous to dismiss a nationalist party.

The the remain camp on here saw Cameron as some kind of untrustworthy demonic presence since he came into office, attacking the poor whilst giving more to the rich, but now he offers the best vision for our future and can be trusted without question, he is the man on the side of the poor..

That's not true and you know it.

Cameron has hijacked the remain campaign the same way Boris has has captured the Brexit campaign, the two of them trading utter nonsense every day.

The referendum is essentially a proxy battle for the leadership of the Tories.

For the same reason the Scots voted for SNP after rejecting their main policy.

There's no comparison between Scotland and Britain with regards a nationalist party. Scotland was badly let down by the Labour Party and the SNP filled the vacuum. There is no similar political vacuum in England. Even if there were UKIP has one overriding policy that overshadows everything else. The SNP has far more policies and far more capable members than UKIP ever will have. UKIP is staffed with the small-minded and incompetent. It couldn't even run a full slate of candidates in Rotherham this month after the child abuse scandal there.

England as been badly let down by the LabLibCon party and UKIP will fill the vacuum. The rest of your post is nonsense based on your dislike of UKIP, there are people like you in Scotland that thought the same about SNP. :)

Michael Gove should lead the Conservatives.

I've answered your question twice now, isn't it time you reconsider your question?

you said to tfh that if he didn't trust the gov he should vote remain. I asked how that would work if you didn't trust the other lot. to which im still waiting for a answer :suspect: was the question to hard to understand
