jensen1378
My auntie was killed on the a17 by a van driver using two mobile phones. He got 4 1/2 years. This was on the way to the funeral of my uncle who had died the previous week. We then had this to attend. Worst month of our life's. Found she had acrually died at the wake of my uncles funeral. Plus my other uncle and cousin were in hospital.he should have got longer for that too but I suppose anything is better than nothing.
Guest sibon
But that would very likely result in them driving illegally with no insurance. Easily fixed. Change the law to allow the crushing, or sale of any vehicle that a banned driver is caught in. Give the proceeds of any sale to a suitable charity.
