Mister M
They exist despite the law, some people are racist but most aren't, some people are homophobic but most aren't, some people are sexist but most aren't. Be nice to know which businesses don't really want to serve me so that I can avoid them and give my money to a business that does want to serve me. People can generally tell when they're being given poor service by staff and can then make the choice of not going back there in future. I don't think Mr Pizza's barber shop has been done any favours by his decision to refuse service to a customer on the basis of her being female. Berberis
The current feminist generation is too busy trying to prove that women can do everything a man can, to the result that women are losing their uniqueness. Women weren't created to do everything a man can do, they are here to do everything a man can't. Edited June 2, 2016 by Berberis
Chelle-82
You're doing yourself a disservice, this is what you said. So where from this do you get my hatred of women?

But can they tell that the business owner dislikes them. Unless most of his cliants want a man only barbers shop.

The trouble is women have been told they can have it all & are often left dissipointed when the reality of the situation hits home.
SnailyBoy
So where from this do you get my hatred of women? You belittled her on how she looked. Why did you feel the need to do that?

I don't agree that everything has to be equal all the time! Feminism has lost its root core and purpose and is branded around by modern day 'feminist' who are a joke! But please don't in anyway confuse my opinion with being a Misogynist! I happen to adore women and men alike..
milquetoast1
The current feminist generation is too busy trying to prove that women can do everything a man can, to the result that women are losing their uniqueness. Women weren't created to do everything a man can do, they are here to do everything a man can't. This is nothing to do with some sort of imagined 'feminist generation' trying to prove that women can do everything a man can do, is simply about sexual equality. Equality that applies to men and women. If I had long hair I should not be refused service in a hairdressers that specialises in women's styles, if I just want my hair braiding and my wallet emptying. Quite frankly, the number of times these things are going to happen is tiny. If it's within your capabilities, just do it for cripes sake.
Chelle-82
You belittled her on how she looked. Why did you feel the need to do that? So i despise all women because i made a reference to this ONE woman's looks? She does look manly, soooo what's your point?
willman
So the owner confirms the customer's story. To be fair what you initially claimed is that it doesn't have to be gender specific, and I agreed to a point. You then tried to apply it in this instance, and I disagreed because the evidence is clear. I think it's quite appropriate to say Occam's Razor in this case. ( See what I did there ) If i'm honest i didn't bother reading the story, newspapers never print the whole of the story only the bits that fit their agenda.
