SiSiSi
Advice needed - Moving abroad semi-permanently I'm moving to work in the Middle East soon. I intend to stay for 3/4 years and won't be coming back in the interim. I don't own property in the UK and will obviously give up my rented accommodation. Therefore, I won't actually have a permanent UK address. Who do I need to notify? What are the things I need to take into account? Sensible advice, preferably from someone who has done this before, please.

SnailyBoy
I'd check the requirements of the habitual residence test for when you return.

SnailyBoy
What's a habitual residence test? It's best to Google it. It relates to entitlement to certain benefits. It'll depend on your particular circumstances.
