panzer1
Bacteria breed during the night because of the moist atmosphere, hence smelly breath in the morning but hey if you don,t want to then don't, may find you have fewer friends though.
Michaeldyn
If that's the case, surely brush teeth at night and mouth wash only in morning will be more then enough
El Cid
If that's the case, surely brush teeth at night and mouth wash only in morning will be more then enough I think that there are very few facts when it comes to dental hygiene. Do mouth washes work? They make claims about gum disease, yet I use it, it makes no difference. Which is best, electric toothbrush or manual? If you have breakfast at 8am, I believe the guidance is to brush before
Tomjames
Brushing your teeth in the morning when you have clean then last night and haven't eaten anything in between? I feel fresher. That's about it.
Michaeldyn
If you read some info, brushing your teeth after drinking coke will soften the enamel and brushing it will weaken the teeth. Using mouth wash does a better job to make mouth cleaner
Revel
Have you had the pleasure of smelling somebody else's morning breath? Your tongue harbours more bacteria than anywhere else in your mouth. Always brush your tongue if you want fresh breath.
