What's the point in

If that's the case, surely brush teeth at night and mouth wash only in morning will be more then enough

 

I think that there are very few facts when it comes to dental hygiene.

 

Do mouth washes work? They make claims about gum disease, yet I use it, it makes no difference.

 

Which is best, electric toothbrush or manual?

 

If you have breakfast at 8am, I believe the guidance is to brush before :loopy:

Have you had the pleasure of smelling somebody else's morning breath?

Your tongue harbours more bacteria than anywhere else in your mouth. Always brush your tongue if you want fresh breath.
