Opinions firth park ?

I am looking to see if anyone can give me any info about firth park as I have been offered a house there and people say its a bad area

if it's an unfurnished place, don't worry about it because you can just help yourself to one of the numerous sofas and other furniture and household appliances positioned on the pavements.

Have a look around the area. It will tell you much of what you need to know.

It used to be a nice place....... long ago.

Now I would say only move there as a last resort.

In same position, moving there over the summer hopefully. Had a few drive rounds, doesnt seem to be anything worse than I've seen elsewhere. Shame Coop is gone, but other than that is the typical suburban area, few take aways, few bookies, no pub , and some lads hanging about. But I'm pretty sure you get that in every area, up and down the country. Think bad area is very relative..

Was brought up close to it in the 70s,it was nice then,visited it at Xmas,wow has it gone downhill.

I'd stay away from that. I really don't think it's typical suburban area. "Bad area" might be relative, let's just look at the crime map statistics then. That also tells something.

Yeah, my road and immediate area seems clear, you obviously get the usual asbo stuff around the centre of it. But otherwise seems OK.
