Jim Hardie
I think there was a Grundy at All Saints juniors in the late 50s. I can see a face but the first name escapes me.

danwalker
Can anyone remember someone called Elsie living on ditchingham St who had a daughter called Jean. I think Elsie died in late sixties. Thanks.
hillsbro
Kelly's directories from the late 1960s show an Elsie Fenton at No 21 Ditchingham Street, and an Elsie Fenton died in Sheffield in Jan-Mar 1970. Until c. 1962 Horace Fenton is shown as the householder of No 21, and the marriages index shows a Horace Fenton who married an Elsie Slaughter in Sheffield in 1938. The births index shows that they had a daughter, Jean, who was born in 1942.
