So groups of people in a foreign country shouldn't need to learn the language compared to individuals that do?

I worked in Germany for 6 months and they all spoke in English to me.

An entirely different issue to a rule that demands speak english only.

Because warehouse operatives answer the phones to customers.

 

Not that anyone said they couldn't speak English, the rule is about them HAVING to speak English.

The brigade with any common sense more like.

 

I agree when i was there, they used to improve their English on me, it was quite frustrating as i was trying to improve my German on them.
