Tabata HIIT Circuit Training

Hillsborough College Livesey Street Mondays starting at 6pm till 7pm in the college Sportshall. Only for the BRAVE.

Tabata is a High Intensity Interval Training. It is a series of 8 exercises for 20 seconds with a 10 second rest in between each exercise.

Work out at your own pace, but if you think you're fit then this will get you fitter. C U all there.
