Berberis
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/technology-36804363 dont forget Mel, do you ever speak out against Turkey, you know that country that also committed mass genocide and almost wiped out an entire race or people. 1.5 million of them. A country that has never apologised or accepted its role. Germany on one hand is open about its past and does everything it can to prevent it happening again. Turkey denies all knowledge and as we have seen, is systematically destroying any opposition to its ruling party with on the spot executions. So, Germany, not a threat, Turkey at the foot of Europe, is heading towards an authoritarian dictatorship.

It seems strange that the West seems to forget about the Genocide committed on the Armenian nation by the Turks who even today target the economy of that poor impoverished nation . Germany paid for its crime against humanity Turkey denies it even happend. Read The burning Tigris by Peter Balakian and be prepared to be shocked beyond belief . L00b
It seems strange that the West seems to forget about the Genocide committed on the Armenian nation by the Turks who even today target the economy of that poor impoverished nation. Most of 'the West' has officially recognised the Armenian genocide as such long ago. See this map, which shows official government-level recognition in dark green, and unofficial recognition by political parties and local-only government in light green. There were (and still are) big tensions between Germany and Turkey after the German Parliament recognised it officially on 2 June this year. On 1 July this year, France amended its 2001 Law (officially recognising the Armenian genocide) to make denial of that genocide an offence punishable by prison. So, same regime for Armenian genocide denial as for Holocaust denial.

That figures.

They didn't forget about it, just brushed it back under the carpet every time it came up. Well done to France making denial a criminal offence, it only took them a hundred years.
