Are Summer Riots to become an anual event in the UK?

I do know there is an issue of black men, in particular, losing their lives whilst in police custody. As well as the fact that no police officer has lost their job as a consequence (or they hadn't from what I read a number of years ago).

It is seems to be an ongoing issue over a number of years, and understandably there is anger. The figures and testimonies are googleable - The organisation INQUEST is a good place to start.

 

its also an issue of these"black" men that usually have heavy criminal records regarding drugs and gun crime so its probably a larger percentage of black men that commit the crime and so there will be a larger number of deaths?? i am sure there are examples of white men also dying in custody?? but the white community tend not to riot??

i reckon "white" men dying in custody its barely negligable compared to black deaths.

if you mean dying while being apprehended the figures might be different.
