Guest
high temperatures usually mean high air pressure, which can affect those sensitive to it with bad headaches. I hope it's that. Because if it isn't, then the military are testing new aerosol-based chemical weapons Bright purple text on internet forums gives me headaches. Scozzie
My housemate and I were just talking about this. We're in the Handsworth area so unlikely it's an effect from the ski village where we are.
Orangepip
I'm not the best of sleepers anyway, but have been waking earlier than usual. On Wednesday and Thursday, I went to bed with a headache and got up with one but it disappeared during the day. I rarely get headaches so maybe there is something causing so many people to have them, or maybe its lack of sleep Edited July 30, 2016 by Orangepip
MonkeyLover
I've been the same. Get off to sleep as soon as head hits the pillow, but then later wake up for a pee (it's an age thing!) and then can't get back to sleep for thinking and tossing and turning. I've had headaches too, but I've put that down to caffeine withdrawal. I also get headaches when the weather is going to be stormy.
webcrest1
it may be because of some allergy or any kind of depression because sometimes when i got stressed i have problem in sleep. another major reason can be lack of oxygen as you tell there was fire. WarPig
I used to be a light sleeper - I slept with the light on. Nowadays I'm more of a hard sleeper...

Solomon1
Ironically, I've been sleeping better and much longer than the usual 4-5 hours I tend to manage. If I'm sapping some hours out of others, then sorry but thanks! (Headache's aren't my fault though) ..............
