Becayse they would prefer to live in the UK, they may have family, they may prefer britain, they speak the language, there is a bigger community, its a more tolerant society? 2. Not the fault fo the French, but those who caused the wars from which most of these people are fleeing. 3. You dont seem to be able to get your head round a lot. Because theres a war and a very well funded terrorist group? How many terrorists have actually been refugees? Most have been home grown. Its still more dangerous to cross the road . Penistone999 Posted August 4, 2016 Share Posted August 4, 2016 There are thousands of people in France who call themselves refugees who are bending over backwards to get to Britain. Why? I've seen a lot of France and its a lovely Country and the people are just like you and me. Some are not so nice and yet most of them are. What is happening in Calais is the fault of the French as the people trying anything to get here to the UK are already on safe soil and have no real or urgent reason to come here. The French should storm the illegal camps and deal with the situation instead of hoping they all make it to Britain as they don't want to deal with these people and fingerprint and expel them if their claims are unreal.... Instead they do nothing and make the lives of their own people in Calais an absolute hell. Socialists are all about something for everyone else and nothing for their own and I can never quite get my head around their self hatred and indulgence of trying to appear to hold the moral ground whilst they do their best to destroy those around them who are indigenous. It's not the fault of the French as such (although I do recall after watching Ross kemp once it can take an awful long time to get fully processed compared with us) but I cannot grasp why you'd risk your life to escape a war and flee accross Europe only to live in shocking conditions because you don't fancy France that much. I get the fleeing bit, I get the running to Western Europe but I don't understand living in filth in Calais when there is an option right outside your rat infested shelter that won't involve getting run over or drowning. Terrorists have most certainly sneaked into Europe in droves thanks to merkel and this "socialist dream" most of Europe and the blind or easily led have, the propaganda from the left is a lot more sophisticated than anything the daily mail or the EDL can produce, fortunately or rather unfortunately we are starting to feel the effects of the leftist utopia you've played with. We are at war and have been for years already, it's so far been a mild war in terms of deaths but believe me they'll be numerous sides which are already forming or have been formed ( right and left wing European alliances ) Western and Central Europe is on the verge of economic and social collapse and who do we have to thank for it all......
