Bank of England Madness

Recommended Posts

If negative interest rates for domestic accounts became a thing, then I'd personally minimise the balance that was being carried.

It's unlikely though, Japan has a negative base rate, but domestic accounts don't, it primarily applies to central banks and encourages them to use money rather than lodging it at the central bank.

If we get into negative interest rates, they are going to start taking money off the savers. How unfair is that? Just State sanctioned theft.

This is after 7 years of the Tories being in charge and telling us how well we're doing. It's all hogwash. We're in a worse position now than we were in the 2008 crash.

And another mega crash is on the way.

It's not the government's fault the economy is tanking because we tied their hands by voting to leave the EU. Time to suck it up :hihi:

It's been tanking long before the vote, but, as predicted, remainers will now blame everything on Brexit....
