Questions about Ponds Forge

Hello, I am a new member to Ponds Forge and just had a few short questions that I didn't like to hassle staff with.

 

Where are the steam rooms and sauna? The website makes it sound like each changing room has one, but I cannot find it in the men's members changing room.

 

How do I access the leisure pool from the members changing rooms?

 

If anyone can answer either of those that would be great

Hi Chris,

 

The sauna is in the change area for the members change, when you get to the reception downstairs head through the auto gates on the right into the change area, once inside the area you want is inside and in the back left corner. (There is a members comp pool change and gym change so make sure you are in the right one)

 

Leisure pool isn't open to public at all times so the best thing to do is check the website for these times or ask the downstairs reception and they will direct you through to the correct changing room as there is no access from the members change.
