Where to get an unusual sized picture frame?

I have a picture that I would like to frame and put on the wall. It is comprised of three A3 size pieces of paper put together making it approx 126cm x 30cm.

 

Does anywhere sell frames of this size locally or will I need to have one made?

Have one made....Frame It, Dronfield, for instance.....will do this.

I don't suppose they do the glass/Perspex/plastic for the frames too?

I have lots of paintings framed and always use Framework at the bottom of The Moor. Great quality, good price, friendly, and quick turn around.
