Momentum was formed by the self-confessed Zionist Jon Lansman in october 2015. Since then they've managed to keep Labour lurching from one leadership crisis to another culminating in the current leadership election. They've driven down the party's poll ratings from 34% to 27%, quadrupling the deficit to the Tories from -4% to -16%.

It is clearly Momentum's purpose to destroy the party. I can't be sure who's ultimately behind it, and maybe you don't know either. But whoever they are you can bet the ultimate goal is to exploit the poor.

Just about wrong on all accounts,

momentum has not kept labour lurching from one leadership election to another, momentum supports Corbyn, and Corbyn has been challenged by a Blairite, so how has that got anything to do with momentum? that is the Blairites in the party that will not accept that the party is moving in a socialist direction.

Momentum has not driven down any polls, as said above, the constant in fighting and backstabbing by the Blairites has caused the party to suffer in the polls...nothing else.

They have no aim to destroy the party, that is complete nonsense, if they wanted to destroy the party, then why has the membership doubled ? again, its the blairites who would rather see the party destroyed that Corbyn win an election.....have you not noticed that the Blairites seem to cause trouble at the most important times, like the council elections, in the hope that Corbyn failed..............and he didnt

The evidence is overwhelming. The polling since they formed speaks for itself. Is that supposed to be a coincidence?

These so called Blairites kept the party in government for 13 years. Momentum are the insurgency. Their provocation of the moderates is specifically designed to create division and in-fighting.

Party membership is a red herring. It's votes that matter.

No its not, if the Blairites were not causing trouble, Labour would be doing well

as i said.........."momentum supports Corbyn, and Corbyn has been challenged by a Blairite, so how has that got anything to do with momentum?"....what is your answer to this..?????

you say....... "Their provocation of the moderates is specifically designed to create division and in-fighting"......provocation of the moderates? they are the ones that have been doing the provocation, they are the ones constantly undermining Corbyn and his leadership..they are the ones running to the media spreading hate.....they are the ones backed up by big businesses to destroy Corbyns new socialist ideas...they fear socialism so much they want it destroyed..you really do not have a clue

If Corbyn and Momentum's message was so powerful and compelling and they had put the party on course to victory, then a few noisy "Blairites" would surely not be able to quadruple the deficit to the Tores in under a year. It's preposterous.

It just doesn't add up. It's far more plausible, given the evidence I have presented, that Momentum are a Trojan horse sent to destroy the party and keep the right in government.

Still if you're happy to let the corporations have their way, that's your prerogative.

It's perfectly obvious, so I don't know why you pretend otherwise.

Owen Smith has been provoked into challenging Corbyn for the leadership, by Momentum, as part of their ongoing campaign to cripple the party and thereby keep the Tories in government.

You really haven't been listening. They've already turned a deficit of -4%, which is in sight of victory, into a deficit of -16% which is a wipeout, since they were formed. What more evidence do you need.
