Emotional abuse

It may help to understand something of the law - as with every criminal case you need evidence, from the victim, maybe supported by photographs of injuries, medical examination, other witnesses who could speak of overhearing / witnessing acts of abusive conduct etc

Hi

Does anyone know how emotional abuse can be proven?

This is an incredibly sensitive subject and I highly recommend contacting charities that deal with this area or, alternatively, ringing 101 to ask them for advice. Start at napac.org.uk and speak to them.
