Ghozer
you can play your old records using them apparently Oo You could with old notes, current 10's and 20's, and a square of paper, among many other items.... it's nothing new imho!

blake
liking or not liking them is a bit irrelevant really. Now only a few weeks after they got introduced, everyone is handling them every day. In another year when the old paper ones will be rare, the paper ones will look really old-fashioned and everyone will be wondering why they didn't change to polymer before. Just in time for when the new 10s and 20s come in. Cunning gits aren't they. They get everybody used to the polymer fivers first, and then make the final assault with the 10s and 20s. In only a couple of years, people will be reminiscing do you remember when you had polymer and paper money side by side in your wallet or purse. Because it won't be long before that won't happen any more.
