iansheff
Am looking at the packages available on the above ISPs, what are peoples opinions on them? Are the call centres here or abroad, I am with EE at the moment and it is a nightmare if you need to ring customer service.
BigRachel
Hi, i would go with sky its abit more expensive than the other providers but you get what you pay for, bt has the worst customer service out of the bunch and everyone i have spoken to regarding this matter has left bt on bad terms way before their contract has ended. and talk talk has really bad internet signal and you have to pay for a ariel to install to use the tv service. sky has some good join up packages and you can normaly get multi room for like an extra 11 pound a month. Hope this helps
soopah
None of them. Plusnet. Although owned by BT, they have their own call centres and from experience (and working there) their staff know what they are doing.
Tek-no-logic
None of them. Plusnet. is it true they only employ you if you have a "warm welcoming deep yorkshire accent"

geared
BT own plusnet, but operate it as a separate company. The prices are roughly the same, but like others have said the customer service is tons better. BT even send their own bods over to Plusnet to learn about proper customer service. iansheff
Sky are doing free BB for 12 months, I was wondering if you change after 12 months to another fibre provider do you have to have their router or will the existing router work on another ISP. BigRachel
There is a way of using the same router but i couldnt tell you. Try using youtube, but to be honest after 1 year their is normally i better router that comes out.
Jomie
As customer service and a UK call centre is top of your priority list you would be better off moving to Plusnet. If you are Yorkshire born and and bred, at least you will always be able to understand the staff! I've been with PN for a very long time - no complaints.
