Advice on free view, ariels and satellite dishes?

Recommended Posts

Slightly off topic but I have BT sport through my sky box, if I cancel sky will I still be able to watch BT sport on my sky box?

Have a look at the forums on the Sky website, they might be able to help, or you can have a live online chat with Sky.

Dear kind folks of Sheffield Forum,

We're currently on Virgin Media (for phone, BB and TV). We're wanting to get rid, and have free view instead...

How does a satellite dish compare (pro's and con's) with an ariel?

How easy is it to install either yourself?

How much would each cost?

How much is installation likely to cost?

Any recommendations? (we're in S12)

Many thanks.

just google or look on ebay for kodi

Unless you live in a very poor signal area, and few people do since the (full) digital switchover, I`d get Freeview, i.e. through an aerial. It`s much simpler and more flexible, particularly of you want to add extra points now or later. You may even get an adequate signal with a loft aerial.
