Beggars, homeless, street drinkers & drug users in Sheffield!

I came out the Millennium Gardens the other day on Surrey street heading towards Fargate and there was a beggar sat outside the Mercure Hotel who called me an ignorant b'stard as I walked past him. I don't need this when I visit the town centre and I pulled out my phone to take a photo of him to report him to which he said "Take my photo and I'll smash your phone". This is what you have to put up with nowadays.

I'd have just ignored him - no point in stirring up trouble - which that guy was obviously looking for. Most of them just accept they will be ignored and carry on, but you do get the odd screw-ball.
