UKIP - What a joke..

Recommended Posts

Whilst claiming he'd have a "easy win" in Clacton, Nigel Farage has announced he's not going to stand in the coming general election.

Doesn't want to add to his tally of failing to become an MP more like. Farage would be a terrible MP and even his supporters know it. Can anybody imagine him knuckling down to the usual tedious constituency work that MPs have to do?

In an interview on Wednesday Conservative peer Patience Wheatcroft said, “I think it’s interesting that the UKIP vote has gone down and the Conservative vote has gone up by about the same amount.” It has already been noted that since she came to office, Mrs May has effectively been delivering the 2015 UKIP manifesto.

The turmoil that has been the leadership of this collection of misfits has reached a new level of ridiculous.

Its a classic case of the one subject pressure group that has achieved its purpose. There is nothing else that it is united on.

Dissolution is the only solution.

The left, especially quasi Marxist groups, are notoriously sectarian and aggressive towards each other. There are different interpretations of dialectic theory and this is why Corbyn is now supported by communist extremists - he is a 'fellow traveller'. A 'useful idiot' who turned a blind eye to the oppressive and murderous GDR regime when he visited.

Er, is that post perhaps on the wrong thread?

A lot of UKIP supporters will be voting for May in the general election. Just to ensure that Brexit actually happens..

good bit of false news there congrats

Up to recent years UKIPers were disaffected Tories, people stuck in a Daily Mail mythological, idealised 1950's world. Recent years former Labour voters who were attracted by the BNP before even they realised that the latter were no hopers, especially after Griffins abject performance on BBC Question Time, switched to UKIP.

It's almost a year since the Referendum and the same people who voted Leave because of immigration are now claiming it was all about the economy or lack of democratic accountability, not immigration oh no !

Give it a few years and nobody will admit to voting Leave.

Obviously Brexit is more important than the NHS and other public services.

Can't believe that working class people are voting Conservative.

When Brexit has been completed, the money that would have gone to the EU can then be spent on public services and the NHS.

And not £350 million to the NHS like some people seem to think - lets not go over that again :hihi:

After we've recovered all the billions that Brexit will cost us, sure.

No, unless they live in her constituency.

(Alternative view)

...all the greater number of billions that EU membership has already cost...
