hackey lad
Me neither. But I also think that we should take our share of responsibility. If you look properly at that article, it is pretty clear that we could do more. So could Denmark for that matter. I agree we could do more for the genuine children

Santo
Thousands have claimed asylum in U.K. Even more are here illegally. What's wrong with France? Well apart from the immigrant camps, they pretty unpleasant. Have a look for yourself. http://uk.businessinsider.com/calais-refugees-why-asylum-france-britain-2016-

RonJeremy
Telegraph ok? http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/europe/france/11880391/Refugees-shun-France-land-of-red-tape-unemployment-and-poor-housing.html Yep. Still better than being bombed, living in a squalid camp, attacking innocent lorry drivers or throwing yourself at a wagon. It's a kind of explanation but not one for not wanting to go to Germany etc.

The ones grubbing around that camp seem to be economic immigrants. That's why they want to come here. To disappear into thin air or possibly to become terrorists.
