Clinton ensured she got Bernie Sanders out the way so she could lose to a Fascist moron. I'm struggling to express how much I hate the stupid %*@&

I really hope so. The two things that worry me most are that:

Trump will pull out of the Paris climate change accords, and

He will go back on the Iranian nuclear deal and make it more likely that Iran re-starts its nuclear programme

Both would have far-reaching consequences for everyone in the world, and not good ones.

I think something similar was said about Ronnie Raygun. The soothsayers were predicting Armagedon. In the event he just did his job as an actor and let the diplomats get on with their jobs. The Berlin Wall came down and the Soviet Union crumbled. His was perhaps the most successful presidency since WW2.

But the Republican Party as a whole is much more right wing now than it was even then. My prediction: within this presidency, Putin will invade one or more of the Baltic States. When Trump does nothing to stop this, the whole of Eastern Europe will become vulnerable to Russian imperialism and this tilts the whole of Europe towards war.

The one where he said he would govern for all Americans, including the ones he has spent the last year pouring hate on? Very honest. Plus ca change, eh?

He won. America decided to trust Donald Trump rather than Mrs Clinton. Time for all of America to pull together.

How does a woman who will lose her rights to an abortion 'pull together' with the people taking that right from her, or the disabled people who will lose their Obamacare 'pull together' with the people who are going to take it from them? Are the Muslims meant to 'pull together' with the extreme surveillance and suspicion that is going to be meted out to them?

I don't think you even know what you mean.

We'll review that after a while, eh?

Yes but your predictions are worth about as much as those of the bull frogs in my pond. You should probably take time out to check how the military might of Russia has diminished from the Soviet days. I arrived in the UK to headlines of how Russia's only (30 year old) was sailing through the English Channel. They aren't exactly sweeping all before them fighting the rebels in Syria.

As in the UK. The American blue collar workers are standing up and telling Government (Inc local in our case) that it is time.to take notice of the less well of in our society ,we are fed up with the bleedin liberals telling us how to carry on while at the same time they do the exact opposite .

Time for all Western Governments to stand up and take notice of all the people and not just the elite and career politicians.

I have a question for all those posters who repeatedly claimed that the US election was being rigged in favour of Clinton.

Do you now concede that the election wasn't being rigged? If you don't, surely letting Trump win is an odd way of rigging things in Clinton's favour?

You won't get a sensible answer to that one Robin. Same as the Leavers saying the referendum was rigged, right up until they won it...

These conspiracy theories are ditched once they've served their purpose. One definition of an idiot is someone who has successive theories disproved but keeps believing the next ones to come along.
