They are certainly not "everywhere" Was taken off the m1at j34 nb and to get from bottom of slip road and back on to m1 has taken me about 25 mins this morning. Use google maps mate, free and uses live traffic info to get you around. Diverted me off the M1 Friday teatime, saved me an hour and half sat in traffic.
