No idea if he did or didn't but did he get a student loan, when he graduates will he stay here or look for a better paid job abroad? If he goes abroad then he will have lived here and been trained at the taxpayers expense, that would be really taking the Michael.

Thats rather cynical, don't you think. There is a huge NHS recruitment website and if you have been in a Hospital recently, you would know the majority of nursing staff are British.
