Bethfrances
Can anyone help me out please about parking at the hospital. I'be started anew job there and am struggling to park anywhere remotely close to the hospital without it costing an arm and a leg!! are there any streets near there at all that would let me park all day (from around 8-4.45 ish) I've asked around and the general consens seems to be that public transport is easier and cheaper, but due to having a child in nursery I can't really be faffing waiting for busses/trams. I've been parking across from the walk in clinic recently and just wanted to know if there was anything closer than this? Thanks in advance
sgtkate
Try this site: http://en.parkopedia.co.uk/parking/locations/sheffield_children's_hospital_sheffield_united_kingdom_gcqzwj9y5dc/?country=uk&arriving=201611180900&leaving=201611181730 I've put it to show parking near the Children's for a weekday from 9-5.30. You can change the date and hours to suit.
Daven
You would be better asking the mods to move your thread to Sheffield Discussions - I'm sure you will get more lively debate. Regards

So you're walking up from Rockingham St area then. It's never going to be easy this one, almost the whole area is now parking permit, and other than expensive near-by car parks, you're going to have to walk... So, if you're looking at that distance and depending on where kid goes, you might be better free parking and walking from Endcliffe/Ranmoor side.
