Angel1. He's a dodgy businessman, not a philanthropist. Everything is negotiated. If he has paid a million pounds it is because that is what he has been advised it will cost, to keep a lid on the story. It is slightly disturbing that there are posters on this thread who seem to think that if a person sexually or racially abuses someone, then pays them off to keep quiet about it, that is a satisfactory outcome.
