The Russians are saying America is acting like a n elephant in a china shop, this is from a country that has bombed innocents into oblivion in Syria,no self awareness the Russians, they think the rest of the world will swallow their garbage without question, just like their own population does.

What is Obama trying to do, start WW3?

And how did the Russians "influence" the US election? Even if they did hack Clinton's home computer - and others have said there was no hack at all, but a leak from a Democratic insider - how does that influence an election?

It's all BS as far as I can see, but because it's Saint Barack of Obama coming out with it, the media are letting it pass unchallenged.

If Trump was blaming everything on the Russians and acting like Obama is acting, the liberal sneering about going back to the 1950's and blaming everything on Russia would be deafening. Because it's Obama, nothing is said.

Oh dear, another Trumpeter distorting reality to suit her own agenda.

Indeed, nothing is being said about it in the media.

Which is why it's been in the news.

Funny, that.

Are you having a laugh?

If a foreign power engages in illegal activity to obtain confidential information you cnat see anything wrong with that?

They then use that stolen information in such a way as to atempt to interfere with an election? You cant see anything wrong with that?

Do you think its accpetable for foreign powers to interfere in other peoples elections? Would it be ok in the UK?

It appears that Russia are not playing ball. So if we could all step off our high horses.

Its a clever move by Putin. he makes it easier for when Trump gets into iffice so its in his long term interests.

The point is if they really did interfere (subject to proof) and he knows whether he did, then its much more importnat that he has someone sympathetic in the whotehouse than 35 diplomats.

Yep, Putin's backheeled Obama on this one by not playing ball.

It looks like Obama was trying to put the pressure on Trump but has been sidestepped.

On BBC radio this morning the correspondent was saying that Obama was taking action because he couldn't have other countries interfering in US elections.

I can't remember the BBC making similar comments when he was over here threatening us that we'd got to vote to stay in the EU or would be at the back of the queue for trade deals.
