PS They're both from August 2016. Yes I realised after I had posted that it was the first one I linked to...Whereas it's actually the one further along which is the offending one. The first one, is actually ok, as of today....My bad. I did actually 'mean' to take some video as I drove by, but that wasn't practical, and then I discovered it was on google street view.
