CaptainSleep
I got into pulp a lot later into their time in the music business than was good for me and as such suffered for it. What i do think is they have encouraged another breed of new sheffield bands to carry on with making music. Pulp could've given up at any time in their twenty odd year history and i think they are an example of where you can get if you want to. What new sheffield bands do you think have a chance of making it?

carcrash
I put gigs on at Car Crash Music at Bar 101. There is so much talent around in Sheffield at the moment. Some of the best I've seen over the last couple of months are. Daybreak, Rumpus, Lyca sleep, Skydiva, Fallout, The haze, The Present, icarus burn, Big William, The Sound. Kings have Long arms, Heim. There are loads more that I havev't seen as of yet.
