There's a chance his policies might make things even worse. Borders don't stop terrorism. The perpetrators of 9/11 all entered the USA when border controls were as tight as a gnats chuff. That was 16yrs ago, SA may not be as big a threat these days, no one can ever stop terrorism but letting hordes pour into a country unchecked doesn't help. The listed countries were chosen during Obamas presidency and I would assume from gathered intelligence.
